That being said, as much as we take holidays to relax we also take them to recharge our batteries and clear our heads before heading back to work and the daily grind. Keeping active keeps those good endorphins flowing and our positive energy up!

In our day to day lives, it's often challenging to get everyone in a family together at the same time.
